Here is a Bag Barrow up-cycled from an old wheelbarrow. The bucket of the wheel barrow had disintegrated after 10 years of use and some abuse but the frame was still in reasonable shape. I welded two crossbars into it and constructed the triangular section over the wheel from the back part of an old bike frame. The mesh is from one of those tiny greenhouses Aldi sell once in a while. The sun and the wind had taken their toll on it and the mesh shelving was all that was left. There is a removable frame in front of the wheel which takes an additional bag. I gave it a good coat of paint which will hopefully help it last a while and go some way to justify the energy expended in welding. We use it to carry bags of recyclable household waste the 1/2 mile to the road. It is also useful for carrying cut wood.
