Anyone who meets the criteria set out by the initial membership
How would we set a criteria for membership? Is it necessary?
Maybe the only criteria is to buy a share in the CIC (or whatever way it works)
Do we need to restrict it to 18+ and legally capable of entering into a binding contract?
