now this is where i was remiss and forgot to take photos of the massive growth and plentiful crop of beans. both the pods and the beans are edible and very tasty.
i saved many of the resultant beans and dried these so i could plant the second generation this coming summer, and will take a pic of these dried seeds shortly.
i think if i put more extensive trellis on the front of the house, we could achieve a very substantial crop from just a few pots.
